Well...let's take a look thus far...they enforce the rule differently...there's a guy that's about to set a new passing TD record that's stood for almost 20 years. They could be related.

Culpepper should easily have 50tds already..
Farve should be in the 40's with this rule also..


If your reason was valid more QB would be right next to him or just behind him...

There is not that big of difference between TDs thrown by Qb's last year and this year.. Only difference is Peyton broke it out and they do not run it in...

Most of those QB's all have 4+ TD games...and some have multiple 5 TD games. Mcnabb has thrown for 600 more yards right now then he's ever thrown before. Culpepper is at 1000 yards over any that he's thrown before. Culpepper has also thrown 12 more TD's than he's thrown before. Mcnabb is at 7 more. The most Manning has ever thrown is 33.

So you understand now? The enforcement change makes a difference. You have to be a crazy to think otherwise.

They did not change the rule this year - they are enforcing the rule more harshly, and not without prior warning to the entire league.

Bailey was a desperation shot made by a team that could not control the attitude, mouth, and fiscal requests of their RB. In retrospect, you would have been better off paying for OLine or MLB help as a CB is not a difference maker for an entire season.
