Avril has to be a target. He's a good pass-rusher. Another corner would be fine with me. Manningham would be great if he wasn't a complete fruitcake.

There's NO value in OL so they better ignore that garbage and stick to BPA. There's some pass-rushers, DBs and WRs I like quite a bit.

There are some excellent players on the board still. It sure doesn't suck having two 3rd round picks. I'd pick another OL guy, and what about Malcom Kelly?

I'd take Kelley, Doucet, or Manningham, but I think we can hold off on OL for this round. This round we need to address receiver and depth at corner.

btw we have three 3rd round picks

PickPlayerPosHtWtCollege

Round 1, Pick 5 (5) Glenn Dorsey DT 6'2" 316 LSU

Pick Analysis:Dorsey's dominance should go a long way toward helping Kansas City rebuild its defense. He should command double-teams and the Chiefs become better up the middle instantly. There were some concerns about problems with Dorsey's tibia stress fracture, which may have been the reason he was still on the board at this point. His best traits are outstanding agility and a great effort.

Round 1, Pick 15 (15) (From Lions) Branden Albert OG 6'6" 309 Virginia

Pick Analysis:Albert has the versatility to play guard or tackle in the NFL. He finishes blocks down the field and in space. He started 37 games (35 games at left guard, two at left tackle) for Virginia over three years. Has great overall athletic ability for a big man and could develop into the best offensive lineman in the draft.

Round 2, Pick 4 (35) Brandon Flowers CB 5'10" 189 Virginia Tech

Pick Analysis:With better speed, Flowers would have been a much higher pick. He plays the game faster than his times speed. Best traits are good instincts and physical play.

Round 3, Pick 10 (73) (From Broncos through Vikings)

Round 3, Pick 13 (76) (From Lions)

Round 3, Pick 19 (82) (From Vikings)

Round 4, Pick 6 (105)

Round 5, Pick 5 (140)

Round 6, Pick 4 (170)

Round 6, Pick 16 (182) (From Vikings)

Round 7, Pick 3 (210)

Round 7, Pick 32 (239) (From Giants)

Right you are, Laz. My bad.

All Malcom Kelly did was catch everything in site at OU. He's tall and he adjusts well in routes. Manningham is a TD machine. As we have discovered in the past, you can draft the 40 time monsters at WR and "hope" that they learn how to play the position and catch balls, but they NEVER do.

Not much DE talent for the value.

If KC could come out with Connor and a WR like Caldwell/Bennett/Doucet round 2 would be pretty damn good, no matter who the third guy is.
