Would a quality QB really make that much of a difference?
IMO it would.

-The OL looks worse because Cassel's internal clock is 7 seconds.

-WR's have high balls thrown to them and are in danger of getting hurt.

-Receivers are being missed that are wide open. Bowe's INT had Maneri so wide open on the other side that he could have taken his shoe's off and put them back on before any Raven got to him.

-Our WR's, like Baldwin and Breaston, never get a chance to make plays because our QB locks on to Bowe and our running game has no choice but to take the majority of plays to cover up the QB's faults.

-Defense is constantly put in a bad situation because of the QB fumbling or throwing INT's.

I think this is a good talented team. Put a Geno Smith or Matt Barkley at the helm, and we are a 9-10 win team. Even with Romeo coaching.

There isn't any single aspect of this football squad that wouldn't be a better squad with a top quarterback quarterbacking the squad.

Wow. I never realized what a cool word "squad" is. It's like "squid" only with more "ah" and less "ih". Squad. Squad.

"How's the squad doing?" ... "Anybody talk to the squad today?" ... "Heck of a squad you got there!" ... "Hey, baby ... nice squads." ... "What do you call 4 odd peeps? A Squad." ... "Hand me that megaphone, I need to talk to the squad."

Anyhow, our offensive squad would improve, our defensive squad would improve, field position, TOP, takeaway/giveaway stats, everything would be better. We might even take the lead in a football game someday. Plus you'd have a much happier squad because a scoring squad is a happy squad.
