that makes sense. And I agree, it's a great place to raise your family and live a good quality of life. However if I were single? This would be the last place on the planet I'd live outside of one of those towns with daily beheadings in Mexico.

I'm kinda surprised nobody has singled out Lee's Summit yet. The locals are pretty excited about it. They do pretty well in these types of judging events.

Office is 5 mintues away and all my family is within an hour of me. Extremely nice and clean with the midwest charm, but a localized gathering of better looking people. I went to a P&L a month+ ago and must say it was better than I expected. Still, I go to Vegas, Cali, and the east coast a lot and the quality + quantity of hot women is not even close.

Still there is a trade off in terms of cost of living and those kinds of things. I have a good friend in SoCal and he makes a LOT of money. He told me you can't really live there happily without making 250K a year.
