You can't just give away assets, especially to romantic partners, in the middle of a divorce. Donald isn't getting this stuff, his ex is. Or at the very least, they're splitting the stuff as part of the bundle of marital assets.

I am guessing she did not want to pay taxes on it. And then the divorce. But it is chump change to them.
