ChiefsPlanet Poker Tourneys with Real Money

Anyone interested just say the word and I'll take the lead on this and set it up.

Here's how it would work:
  • Get an account at www.pokerroom.com
  • Put some money in the account (lots of different ways)
  • We set up a private table for free on the site(Only people we know can play at the table), 10 players, Everyone starts out with 1,500 tourney chips, All 10 players pay $5.00 in real money to join the table and first place gets $25, 2nd $15 and 3rd place $10 paid automatically and immediately into your account after the tournament is over by pokerroom.com.
  • We set up an agreed time and date
  • Possible expansion into higher $ tables in the future.
  • We can chat the smack while we play.
  • Major bragging rights would be due the winners.
  • Have a private multi-tabled Chiefplanet tournament?
Opinions? Interested? Let's decide who's really the ChiefsPlanet Poker Champ.

I'm in, but I'll have to pass on the first few rounds. I have $1.43 in my bank, so I'm living off of the cash I have saved up until the military finally pays me my MGIB benefits. End of this month I should have money to put into a game. I'll look forward to donating...

If you guys are serious about playing, I'd appreciate it if you'd try this site. I have a loved one (one from whom I receive Christmas gifts based upon current income) who gets a very small cut if you find it comparable pokerroom.com.

Thanks

Okay heres the deal.

We can set up a table and play poker with stakes from 50 cents to $500 a bet. We can make it private and only allow planteers to play. But the only site that I have found that will let you set up a private table like the proposal above is www.pokerstars.com but you have to have 2000 FpP before they will set it up for you. It doesn't cost anything in points or money its all free. Heres their email below. So we will need a planeteer that has a history there of greater than 2000 FpP on pokerstars.com if we want to play "tournament" poker.

Thank you for your interest in offering private tournaments on
PokerStars.

At this time, the ability to create private tournaments on PokerStars
is being offered as a premium feature only to those players who have
earned more than 2,000 FPP over the lifetime of their account.

You've earned 1368 FPP so far (including those you've already spent).
We'd be happy to extend to you this privilege once you've earned the
full 2,000 points.
