The perfect example is the Johnny Damon comments. If you want to say stuff about the Yankees in 09', fine. But how do you just ignore what happened in 04'. To me, you could almost argue 04' was worse because multiple guys cheated and it helped bring down one of the most important and well known sagas in the history of baseball. The Yankees in 09' was just another Series win(relative to 04).

I get why it's a little different, especially if these other stories are true. He is fighting everything while other players accepted it, although to be fair their bans are much less. I was, and no one gives the Sox a break in regards to any of that. Do I think Manny and David were taking PED's? Sure, who in baseball wasn't? Personally I don't have an issue with Arod taking them, he's objectionable for many other reasons than that.

People do not get on the Sox nearly as much as the Yankees when they basically are the same thing in regards to money and attention. As for the rest, fair enough.
