That sucks, man. I'm sick as a dog today too, but luckily the kids are fine. I'm taking them to a Halloween party at my mom's, and my 15 yr old brother is going to take them trick-or-treating.
As for movies: I'd let them watch Army of Darkness... they'd get a kick out of it. |

They're a bit younger than your kids but my boys love anything Scooby Doo, animation or movie. My 8 year old just watched the Mummy for the first time and liked it a lot. I haven't introduced him to any real scary stuff like Friday the 13th ect.

Hope you guys feel better, Mr. listopencil.
As for the movie, I suggest "Signs". It has kids and corn and aliens and baseball. FAX |

I Spit on Your Grave??
You could rent either of the two Tim Burton movies Corpse Bride or Nightmare Before Christmas.

Thank you all for your suggestions. I think I'm just going to print out this thread and bring it to the video store with me. I'm sick too, and when I try to think of movies for them...I got nothing.

The 4 year old and the 7 year old are both sick. To top it off, Mommy came home yesterday with what appears to be flu-like symptoms. Halloween is going to be a real blast at our place this year too. I feel for ya, listo.
