Sugggestion for a CasinoPlanet NFL prediction pool
I've been racking my brain trying to come up with a fun, inexpensive, yet rewarding challenge for the "geniouses" of ChiefsPlanet.

Here are my thoughts:

Each player predicts the W/L record for every team in the NFL.

To reward accuracy, a point is awarded for each win predicted, but points are deducted for predicting more wins than actually occur.

Explanation:

If you predict the Chiefs go 4-12, but actually end up going 6-10, you would get credit for the 4 wins only.

However, if you were to predict they go 6-10, but only go 3-13, you'd receive zero points. (You would get credit for the 3 wins, but be penalized 3 points for the difference in record.)

An additional 2 points is awarded above and beyond W/L records for each division winner accurately predicted.

The player with the most points at the end of the regular season is deemed the winner.

We could play for $5-10 per player, winner take all - or we could do like the Gambling Challenge, and play for bragging rights.

25 (or less) spots in the challenge would be drawn at random out of all interested players.

Suggestions are welcome to make this better...

Just another idea but an over/under on total wins for the season for each team with casino cash would be cool as well.
