Who do you choose?

If you had to choose, would you take (Priest(injured) and LJ) or would you take (Dayne, M. Anderson, and T. Bell)?

If LJ goes down, all we have to do is go out and find a high-round draft pick who didn't make an NFL roster. Where is Maurice Clarett anyway?

He's hanging out with Snoop Minnis waiting for Kris Wilson to arrive.

Now that's just silly. When will Anderson and Bell have to run behind a brand new O-line to prove their worthiness?
Here is how it looks to me this year:

Larry Johnson KC 968 191 5.1 9 46
Mike Anderson DEN 813 187 4.3 8 44

Johnson has 155 more yards than Anderson, but that's ok, because he had four more carries. Bell is a few spots farther down the list.
Good enough for me.

John,
I made that comment because it appears that KC's 2 best O-linemen will retire next year and IMO that will factor into LJ's performance in 2006 and beyond.
Again, I'm not knocking LJ but, like any NFL RB, his performance over the course of an entire season will tell the tale.

This isn't about LJ replacing Priest, it's likely he'll NEVER do that.

This is about LJ putting up big numbers on the Donks, just like he did last year.

Stick your fingers in your ear, let's see how it goes.
