How many cities have you met planeteers in?

I was reflecting when reading the how much does CP suck thread and it got me to thinking about the numerous people I've met in my almost 10 years here and some of the trips I've taken to do so.

I know a lot of us have crossed paths at the Bash in St. Joseph and of course KC for games and the like but curious as to other trips where we got out from behind a keyboard and put a real face to a name.

My best recollections are

Texarkana,Texas
Las Vegas,Nevada
Chicago,Ill
Wichita,KS
Omaha,Neb
Nashville,TN
Joplin,MO
Springfield,MO

I may have forgotten some but in my defense 10 years has been a lot of beer and brain cells.

Mostly Houston and KC but I've been to Bob Dole's old house in Texarkana, hung with Rainman in Denver, stayed with EndELT in Scottsdale, stayed with OP in St. Joe, hung with Kyle in both FTW and Austin... Raiderhader used to live near us in Houston as well. Can't think of too many other locales - guess we did a roadtrip to Texas Stadium and met up with some Planeteers a few years back too - OP, FDE, and myself.

I remember that roadtrip to Texas Stadium. I think it was the first time I met you, BD, and FDE.

We used to meet up at Austin Avenue in Plano for the preseason games. That's when I first met Kyle, DC, and Luzap.

Other times:

Las Vegas earlier this year. Great time except Carlota snubbed us...hehehehe.

Houston. First time I met OTW and his wife.

Most of what I remember are the great tailgates.

I missed Rainman a few weeks ago in Denver. I blame myself, but now that he's a disowned heir, I don't feel so bad about it.

To my knowledge, never met a CPer in person. Live out of KC, but familial home is KC, so when I do go to KC it's family time, family time, family time. And when I'm at home, I'm generally more content to watch in the privacy of my home [personal thing throwing arena/ pit of apathy 2010-2012]

I've never met a CP'er outside of an Arrowhead Tailgate.

That works for me though because while I come off as a clever, witty, worldly kind of guy here on CP... I get quiet and socially awkward around groups of people I've never "really" met.

The blame probably doesn't fall on anyone but you....

But, if I go to Australia (and I do want to) I'll take partial blame if we don't meet up.

Wait, first I want to know how you became a KC fan to begin with.

Might be 10 more years, but I intend to make that at least 1 for you.
