I'm just saying I think he's a perfect fit for my personal ideal as a head coach.

Hard worker, young and hungry, understands the necessity to draft and develop a young QB.

He adapts to strengths and weaknesses.

would he come to KC? I doubt it. I don't think Shanahan is in any rush to hang them up but maybe they'll just pay him head coach money to be the OC/Assistant HC.

But yeah, if I could choose any one guy to coach the Chiefs (realistically) next year and take and develop a QB #1...after what I've seen with this guy working with Griffin and Cousins this year...I think we'd be fools not to go all-in for him.
