Alex Smith Traded to Chiefs

Well, it looks like the deal is done.

Jay Glazer @JayGlazer
49ers have completed a trade with the Chiefs for Alex Smith, tho can't be official til March 12. Chiefs really made a commitment to Smith

Jay Glazer @JayGlazer
Deal has been agreed upon between Chiefs and 49ers. Compensation unclear but I'm told again Chiefs have made a clear commitment to Smith.

What were Lucks stats? He had none coming into the NFL last year, so clearly he can't be as good as Alex Smith.

Why does anybody think Reid et al would pick Smith over all other options in the manner that they did? Because they know him (better than you all apparently), he is still young enough to have a productive career at KC and they think he is the best choice by far. By far. Were they blowing hot air in the press conference? Is the entire cabal of the ownership and coach out to get you? Will they steal your binky and make you cry? Will they ruin your life?

How about you stand in the shadow of the coach, GM and team, and then wait to see that happens before you wet yourselves. Urine stained pants are unbecoming and over time will cause a rash. Avoid this. Are you sure this isn't a Raider site? Because those people really truly have a reason to soil themselves. You all don't.

There is a clear difference discernable in collegiate play with Luck. And RG3 for that matter. This year there were no real solid prospects among the QB's. That was covered by the Chiefs to the press prior to Alex being introduced. He is the best and clear choice.

You should check that out.

Even that retort isn't true. But this is a new car so don't opt for the bus before taking a ride. New everything.

Well, that could happen even if not be design.

I heard that ticket sales upped by over 100% after the big moves. Somebody's got some confidence now.
