Utilities Question - Page 3

My gas bill was outrageous this month. So I have a question. If I close the heating exchanges in the rooms I don't use very much, will that make my furnace work harder...thus make my bill higher?

I need some advice.

I always thought Jenny would be hot enough to eliminate gas bills for a city block, yo!
