What is the No. 1 area we need to address in the off-season?

I was thinking about making this a poll, then I thought I would forget something. Here are some things that could be addressed this off-season:

-Defensive Coordinator

-Punter

-Shut-down corner

-re-signing FAs (Tait, Wesley, etc.)

-Wide receiver

-D-Line

-Linebacker

What else are you thinking? I realize Barber, Fujita and Mitchell will probably be starting linebackers next year, and the D-line could remain the same as well, but there probably is better talent out there. What do you think?

D-line seems like the overall weakest area. Sims is the only real keeper of the bunch so far. Freeman, Wilkenson, and Truluck may or may not become above-average players. Everyone else (including Hicks) is average or below average.

After that I would say either cornerback or wide receiver.

Then on to O-line (for the future) and qbotf.

The need at punter remains to be seen. The beginning of the season was acceptable. The last two weeks were not.

defensive line is our weak spot. The biggest problem is depth; as the 300 lbs guys get tired, our rotation is weak in the substitutions. i'm disappointed with Freeman, I thought he was going to be a good one.

I would say we need to look at overall depth, with an emphasis on the defensive line in the draft.

I think we're okay at corner, with young Mr. Battle in development.

Brent Williams and Jordan Black hopefully wil be that O-line help. I would like to see us get the Center from KSU to backup the center and guard spots too. Other than that, I hope our Oline is in good shape for now.

I would still be for moving LJ for a late 1st rounder (Dallas?)or high 2nd rounder + a late rounder (Pittsburgh?). With those two picks I would like to see PJ Losman and Lee Evans. Our 2nd rounder on the DT from LSU. Our 3rd rounder on Nate Kaeding K from Iowa. Our 4th rounder on the C from KSU.
