Yes. And in the cloud. Generally the rips come out around 1GB or so. Encoded at 720p h.264. The audio is what takes up the most room and will make the biggest determination of overall rip size. I usually don't encode with the best quality audio to keep the size down. Just enough so that it still sounds awesome through the receiver.

The one I use the most though is Furk.

I have an account on Furk.net that allows me to upload files, or copy files from torrent/newsgroup sites to Furk. And Furk allows for the streaming of files directly from their site, including directly streaming torrent files.
