Not saying I agree or disagree. Just saying that QBs of his height are shunned by most NFL teams.
Apart from his height, he's got a slight build. His arm is more or less average I think.

I have liked him since I started seeing him in the SEC though. He's an "it-factor" kind of pick.

Yeah, I don't see "it". I see a guy that feasted on lesser competition (for the most part, he improved quite a bit his senior year) and wilted when the shit hit the fan.

Sure he made some great throws at times but the times where he just took a team on his back and willed them to a victory were rare.

It's a legitimate concern that he didn't play as well against top competition, but if you want to make argument from silence, his chance to make his case for the draft would have been the part of his senior season he didn't get to play. And late round QBs are going to have some dings.

From the purely subjective world of intangibles I was impressed with him every time I saw him play. Definitely some bias at work, since I saw more of him than any of the other QBs in the draft apart from Manziel, so it's likely I would overrate Murray versus the field just out of familiarity.

But, if you have two late rounders and one has a big arm but lacks intangibles (Well, is Tyler Bray) and another who lacks ideal physical specifications but seems to have everything else, the second one seems like the better risk to me.

Oh, I absolutely agree with you on pretty much all of this.
