Is there any reason I shouldn't buy this car?
So some big shot at my wife's company is selling this car, and my wife is creaming in her jeans over it. I know Dodges, Toyotas and Chevys, I don't know anything about freaking Mercedes-Benzs. But it looks like a bitchin' ride.

So, it's a slightly larger car, but I'm paying $10K more to get worse gas mileage?

I went with the Miata.

You mean the toaster-mobiles?

Yeah, those are "peculiar" looking at best.

Personally, I'd love to have a BMW Z-4 or a Jaguar XK, but since I'm not independently wealthy, the 2008 Miata will do me fine until it's time to get my next car (prob around 2018-2020.)
