Brady Quinn

Please.

Please.

Don't let the tweet be true...

I am all aboard the Stanzi-wagon if we go into the season with Cassel/Stanzi/Quinn.

IF we brought in Quinn...does this pretty much negate us from drafting a QB? Or could we possibly draft and QB and cut Quinn.

I hate Quinn.

I hate Cassel.

I hate Pioli.

Sorry for the thread...but I want to keep track where he ends up...hopefully it isn't here.

Chiefs to host Brady Quinn

http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/K...o-visit-031512

The Kansas City Chiefs once again have interest in a former Denver Broncos quarterback.

See the best Kansas City Chiefs action, or check out your favorite NFL team here.
FOXSports.com has learned that Brady Quinn will soon be taking a free-agent visit.

Quinn served as Tim Tebow’s backup last season after Denver released former starter Kyle Orton. The Chiefs claimed Orton, who was 2-1 as a starter, but lost him to Dallas in free agency on Wednesday.

Quinn was scheduled for a free-agent visit Friday with the New York Jets but that was canceled when the club signed Detroit’s Drew Stanton as the new backup for starter Mark Sanchez.

A 2007 first-round draft pick by Cleveland, Quinn took a free-agent visit Thursday with St. Louis. He has 12 career starts but hasn’t played in a game since the 2009 season.

If signed by the Chiefs, Quinn would serve as the backup to projected starter Matt Cassel. Kansas City has expressed interest in free-agent quarterback Peyton Manning but the feeling wasn’t mutual.

I was really hoping we would bring in somebody who would challenge Cassel for the starting job. So much for my misguided notion I guess.
