Resources for Personal Development
I've really tried to invest in personal development over the last couple years of stepping into a leadership position and wondered what resources (Books/Websites/Podcasts/Other) you all use for personal development. And maybe as people share things, I can add them to the OP.

I’ve been through a lot of this stuff and I’d recommend it.
Also read The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson. Pretty solid one IMO. |

What kind of leadership role do you have?
In college organizational behavior was particularly interesting most notably motivation theories. I’m sure there are some free literatures out there on the subject matter. |

Let me give you two books nobody will recommend. And when it comes to your work, and leading/understanding people they are the best I’ve read. And I have read a ton.
Deep Work by Cal Newport Spiral Dynamics by Don Beck The first one is an easy read. The 2nd is a text book but holy shit you will see people in a whole new and incredible way when you’re done. |
