Rookie Cap....a potential problem?
I know there is a cap for them and we do have alot to sign after the weekend is up. To spread that kind of dough around with 2 first rounders to say the least will be interesting. Any thoughts?

The cap is not the same for every team. Shouldn't be a problem.

It's based on how many picks you have, and where they are in each round.

We could have 15 picks and we'll be able to sign them all.

I don't get it. Why would a team aquire these picks if they couldn't afford them? WTF?
