The people of this jury must just be stupid beyond belief. The guy's going 78 in a 55 at 4:00 in the morning, has alcohol on his breath, and fails the field sobriety tests. You've gotta be kidding.
Warfield should've hired Little's lawyer. Apparently a good lawyer can get you out of anything. This is unbelievable. The thing that disturbs me most is the Rams players, plus Martz and Jim Hanifan (who's had a few DUI's in St. Louis himself) showing up in court to support Little. You'd think after killing someone you'd never drive drunk again. Hell, maybe never even drive again, just hire a full-time chauffer.

I said that, if the were going to trial there had to be reason. Looks like those reasons bore out.
Not guilty by jury of peers, good enough for me.
