I imagine he'll try to run an offense that 'fits' Russ' strengths . . . . . . whatever those are now.

But he CAN'T change the fact that Russ is a less athletic, aging, declining QB. Or that he now coaches in a division with TWO young QB's that are both vastly superior to Russ.

But, hey, I'm sure he's making a lot of money to take this gig, so there's that . . . . . . .
