Go Chiefs!! Win today!

To hell with the whiners and losers that want to throw the season away. They are not the ones on the field. You are.

Make us proud!

I could see how one would not want to sacrifice a winning season for a chance at true greatness in the future, even though it still would not be very smart. But being unwilling to sacrifice a losing season is just mind-bogglingly idiotic.
You read an awful lot in my post. I didn't argue any of that.

Oh, my apologies if I misread the meaning of your post. So, then, you agree that it's better for the Chiefs to lose today?

This team wasn't good at winning on the road even when we had a good team.

I said ChiefsPlanet.com is the one fan site where rooting for the home team makes you an outcast. Is that untrue? If you think it is then 75% of the posts on the site since the season started will need to be deleted as proof.

I also said the Royals have been playing well... which they have.... and are on tv today... which they are.

Question: did you ever play competitive sports? Not beer ball; but at the high school, college, or post-college level?

No true athlete puts on a jock or sports bra (hopefully not both) just to go out and lose.

I get the deal, but I can't root to lose.

I have simply accepted the likelyhood of losing.

I don't even know what this means. I don't want the players to quit trying, I just hope that San Diego bests them. I'm willing, as a fan, to go through yet another painful season if it means a better future for the team.

no shit , I'm getting really tired of the Luck suckers around here that think we are one player away from being competitive, like cassel is the one who has given up 40+ points two weeks in a row. Spin it however you want the chiefs defense is playing god awful. And that is the main reason this team is failing.

OK, that's fine. Nothing wrong with Captain Obvious posts. Do you want the Chiefs to win today?

For me, if we win, I'm happy tonight. The rest of the night I'm kinda happy. But to me that also means I wont be as happy long term.

If we lose, I'm only more excited about the chance of Andrew Luck.
