To point #3, Albert didn't have a clean game, but he only actually gave up 4 or 5 pressures, and when the Chiefs commited to running the ball in the 4th qtr, it was Sherman, Swartz, and Albert that were leading the way.

Those 3 guys were blowing up their man, creating holes for Charles.

Our offensive line is schizophrenic.

They're 3x better when we just line up and run the football...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

I think for the most part, our team is in good physical condition. Defenses chase Smith and Charles around like rabbits, so by the fourth quarter, they're gassed, and we can start to ground pound. I like Schwartz, I think he's a decent player. Fisher is a rookie and is going to have rough days. He's faced two good defensive fronts the last two weeks, so he's been thrown into the deep end. Albert has a bad shoulder, and maybe that's why he was cheating back on pass protection. I do worry about Smith getting whacked though. At least he hasn't been traumatized to the point of going "Fetal Cassel." Hope that never happens to him.

No, Fish has faced one good front in Dallas.

And he's not graded out well in ANY of our games this year.

I guess this pisses me off because we're willing to reach for OL/DL talent but not at a legit game changing position like QB/WR/CB/HB...
