Movie was barely watchable, especially at 3 hours and 10 minutes. In hindsight, I wouldn't pay to go see this in a theater, or at all, really.

I liked it. I usually don't have the tolerance for the uber-greedy, cocaine and hookers class of people, but it was so well done that I really laughed and enjoyed it alot in the parts that were meant to be funny. I also think they did a great job of keeping him unlikable while entertaining. I didn't think they were glorifying that asshole, they were just telling the story in an entertaining way befitting his skill as a salesman.

The supporting players were fantastic including the FBI agent, the swiss banker, the first guy he talked to at the penny stock office, and Rob Reiner as his dad. And the

Hill/DiCaprio quaalude fight goes down as a quintessential Scorsese moment like the riot disrupting the gang fight complete with loose elephant in Gangs of New York. He does absurdity really well.
