We do not need to win out or win 6 of last 7 to make the playoffs
Im not sure this deserved its own thread, and I am really pissed about the lost, but this will be the last post of the day because this place becomes unbearable after a loss...

For those saying that we need to win out or win 6 of the next 7 games or we dont make the playoffs are really getting to me... Before this game we knew that we need to win 5 of the last 8 games to make the playoffs... 10-6 will make it to the playoffs.

AFC Wild Card Race

Pit 6-2
Jax 6-3
SD 5-4
KC 5-4

We need to win 5 games and we will be ok... The season isnt over...

San Diego has 3 difficult Road games left, and if we take care of them in KC they will finish 9-7.

Pit without Ben is not going to win, they have 4 Road games left + a home game with Cincy, Pit finishes 9-7/10-6

Jax plays 4 on the road + Indy at home, we need an upset by a crappier team but they might happen on the road...10-6

If the Chiefs 5 wins come against:

Texans (Away)
NE (Home)
Dever (Home)
San Diego (Home)
Cincy (Home)

NY or Dallas (Away) we can lose...

We are in...WE CAN LOSE 2 MORE GAMES AND MAKE THE PLAYOFFS!

The AFC West will not send a wild card team to the playoffs. We have to win the division or we're not in. If you can't see the significance of being 2 games behind Denver with 7 games to play, I don't know what to tell you.

Frankly this team doesn't belong in the playoffs anyway.

Ok, so if Dever wins out 14-2... and The Chiefs win 6/7 - 11-5 (losing to Denver)... I guess the West can send 2...

People need to realize that Denver is out of our reach at this point... If we take care of business on our side we can still make the playoffs...

Pit/Cincy and Jax were the locks to take the WC spots, but with out a healthy Ben, you might see a drop in Pit... Cincy taking that Division and opening that #2 WC spot to the WEST...
