I think Webb and another QB or two saw the writing on the wall. They were not suited for the style of offense that KU is going to be using now. That kind of thing is to be expected in these types of situations.

Klein
Lamur
Sams
Tuggle

Sams was a true Frosh and Tuggle was JUCO transfer.

and truly just 2, as Sams took a RS and Tuggle turned into a ST's player and started focusing on playing LB, which is where he is slated for 2012.

Actually, there is one to keep your eye on: Sam Johnson, true frosh from Topeka HS. I don't think he'll play QB, but they plan to try and find a spot to get him on the field - maybe D.
