That is a good combo too. I just have always preferred a red dot on 3 round burst weapons.

I know you are a good player, but get off your high horse for people that do not use your style.

For those that aim down the sights. Thermal rocks, most people do not use ass. And the range modifier is awesome nailing would be snipers and people running around on the more open maps.

For those wanting to quickscope. It is simple once you understandhow it works. Aim assist on, that is the little flinch that goes on when someone moves across your cross hairs. Run around, find target, hip fire aim, once you get that little flinch, zoom and fire. One shot kill 99% of the tme. It will take a bit of getting use to.

I am not great by any means, but I pull around a 8/1 when doing it.

I just don't see how you can use thermal on an assault rifle. I guess if you lay prone in the back of the map it could work out OK for you, but in any close range gunfight you are at a huge disadvantage. I guess it depends on how you use it, but if you move around at all you would be better off using any other attachment.

I will not argue against that. But it does serve its purpose.

Do you like the hybrid? I probably know the answer since you are on the move so much.

As for prone, only on the map with the cave. There is a root that hides the sniper pretty well. Well as long as you don't have a rocket. Stay hardscoped and they generally will never find me. I went 44-3 basically in their spawn area.

I'm not sure what's going on, but I've never had anyone be able to join a party I attempted to start in this game.

Any suggestions? Guru isn't the only one with the problem.

If more of you aren't playing I may go back to battlefield for a while.

I may be wrong but it sounds like your NAT Type is Moderate. You need to change it to Open. I have trouble joining a couple of peoples games and they have a Moderate NAT instead of Open.

Thermals are for bitches, IMO. There's no skill involved - just look for the little white body of mass and shoot. Same concept with the tube.

tomorrow I'm going to get into my router, add a DMZ and open ports and stuff and hopefully my internet will be slower and I bet I get a better game on MW3. But Robert Bowling just tweeted that a patch is incoming for lag compensation, they need to hurry up on that. I can't play it as it is right now.
