I use Radeon 6870 x 2 (in Crossfire) and have it all on pretty much the highest. My FPS drop significantly in certain areas (Republic Fleet and The Pit) but I think it's due to my processor. I'm ordering parts for a new computer on Saturday though and I think I'm going with i7 this time. AMD has failed me for the last time, Admiral.

We're donig pretty good. 10/10 on normal. Getting ready to give HM's a serious go this week.

We are hoping to either start 2 x 8 man raids or 16 man raid after they patch it. we don't so much need healers or tanks, but definately dps.

Of course anyone is welcome with any class/role, was just mentioning what we are looking for in our raids at the moment.

I REALLY want to do a new build, but I found a computer at microcenter that is a big ass dual core ddr3 motherboard and 500gb hd for like $350. Plus it has windows 7 64-bit so that's a really good deal. Can't decide what to do. I have all the pieces in my current box to make that $350 run well (vid card big power supply etc) But I kind of want a quad core.

I just ordered myself a new one based around an i5 2500k for around $1000. I'll try and see if my girl will want to play TOR with me, so I'm keeping my old one as is and building a new one for me. I looked into the i7s and the only ones that are better for gaming than the i5 2500K cost way too much to be worth it. Also got an SSD and decided to roll with a Radeon 6950 this time. If it's slower than my two 6870's, I'll just swap them and put the 6950 into the old machine. Everything should be here on Friday so I'll be putting it together on Saturday. I had to buy Win 7 for $100, so if you can get that shit preinstalled, do it, because you're saving a bunch.

Huff, have you decided if/when you're going to switch? How's TR53 doing? Has Kthar logged at all?

I'm loving the end game so far. Love the dailies as they're all short and sweet, produce rewards and money at a very high and steady pace. As far as Ops go, running through an 8-man EV was a freaking breeze. Just an awesome and interesting experience.

Yeah, that did. If you had been on the next day and in Vent, you'd probably know why. It blows my mind how many people have no idea how the game/gear works at this point. The 8 man on Monday took like 1.5 hours to complete (we already had the 1st boss down). We then went to Karagga's Palace, downed the 3rd boss and stopped at #4 because we had no off tank.

Yeah, workweek is still tough for me to get on for much length of time even when I'm home. By the time I get home it's pushing 6:30. Then I have to make dinner and get around so I don't have time til at least 8. Else i probably would've been there.
