Theres supposed to be a ton of references during the coop/campaign... the med lab where Burke freed the 2 face huggers. Someone said where Hudson pinned it against the wall and shot it, is in the game, as well as a ton of others and legendary weapons (Riple's duck-taped flamer thrower & pulse rifle).

Up to 4 player drop-in drop-out coop campaign, and a bunch of multiplayer modes. Full Marine customization as far as armor, gear, weapons, etc... kinda like Modern Warfare series as far as gun attachments, etc.
