I would gladly go 1-15 three years running if it GUARANTEED a Lomardi in year 4. Yes, that would be a big black stain on the franchise, but I don't measure with black stains. Just Lombardis. I would suffer any cost to my team to win the super bowl. Baltimore just dismantled their Defense. Who cares? They have 2 rings. Is that worth missing the playoffs a few years? You bet it is. |
