The last 3 on the list make the best 3 options....unless all the ballyhoo that everyone is making about TCU and WVU joining and being better than MU and KU is just a smoke screen.

And remember, your "cupcake" games might not really be walkovers either.

Don't worry, once I have time to sit down and research the respective opponents for the upcoming Kansas Football season I will be happy to provide you with Wickedson's patented game-by-game predictions.

But I would think that end result will be between 6 and 7 wins.

And yes that is factoring in the increased level of competition from WVU and TCU.

For sports fans, the lede is buried in the Fort-Worth Star-Telegram’s recent story about 19 current or former TCU students being arrested for allegedly dealing drugs. Four of those arrested were TCU football players—including Tanner Brock, the team’s leading tackler in 2010 and an honorable mention on the All-America team, as well as defensive lineman D.J. Yendrey, offensive tackle Tyler Horn and safety Devin Johnson. And Johnson, thinking he was speaking to fellow students, told undercover police officers that a whopping 82 football players supposedly failed a surprise drug test on Feb. 1.

At least at TCU its the students getting in trouble with the law and not the coaches.

Easily an improvement over the departing schools.

Sounds like rationalization on your part.

And all those BCS appearances seem pretty tainted for WVU considering they came from a conference not much better than the Mountain West.

I can give TCU it's due because they have been good the last 3 or 4 years and have done well in the appearances they have made.

But your comment or anyone's assertion that the Big 12 is getting better with MU and aTm leaving is just rationalization.

I didn't say the Big 12 Football was getting better, ESPN did.
