I called retention dept, told them I was a long time premium customer, told some bullshit financial hardship story and told them I knew they could give it to me for free because they have in the past. I also said I was going to cut my service down if they didn't help me. I was sweet as pie the whole time. I also said I knew they gave my friends it for free this year. Basically she charged me for the ticket and then credited my account.

Believe me I have. I've gotten it for free in the past too.

I told them my friends got it for free. I've been connected to retention supervisors that basically said there's nothing I can do and I'll close the account now if that's what you want.

I'm going to wait until Sunday Ticket posts to my account on August 8 and then I'll call in with guns blazing.
