Anyone in/around Des Moines having problems w/ local channels on DirecTV?

I'm getting major freezing & pixelation, but only on my local DirecTV channels. It started last night cutting off the last half of the Amazing Race and hasn't got any better. I thought it was the weather, but it's actually cleared up a little...

DTV wants to send someone out for the low, low price of $70 to look at my receiver. I'm thinking it may be just a weather issue. Anyone else in central IA having trouble?

Thanks.
