The accuracy challenge in the vid isn't indicative at all of any kind of game challenge. I think the NFL has done the best job of that with moving targets in the annual skills challenge which is generally televised around the pro-bowl. Quarterbacks don't throw into a stationary hole. They practice timing and good receivers are just as important to make a QB look good because they're capable of adjusting their speed and body positioning to the velocity of a ball.
