On this occasion, Lewis clearly led with his shoulder. Hernandez ducked to avoid the hit and helmets collided. Lewis has to have his head somewhere, physically impossible to avoid sometimes. just as likely to get a concussion if Ray goes low and Hernandez knees him in the helmet.

I understand that, but a lot of people don't realize how much the ball float when it's gusting up to 40 mph winds. If there was no wind effect, I highly doubt that the receiver would had to dive for it then.

That's why I said too much air was the problem, because apparnetly, in my opinion, the wind carried it a little further than where Flacco wanted it to go.
