Opening Weekend Road Trip to Chiefs vs. Jacksonville
A group of us from the Tampa area are going to the game. I'm sure there will be other Chief fans going to the game.

The group seats are in Section 130. Row U and V. Seats 1-20

We are planning to get some group tickets together and fly the Chiefs red. We are also planning the best tailgate to ever take place in the Jaguar's parking lots.

If you just want to come to the tailgate and get your own tickets I'll post the location of the tailgate in the opening post when its decided.

Here's the tailgate spot. You can buy parking reservations in the lot now. I will post a pic or describe the location of where we are at in the parking lot early on game day in this thread.

The Chief fans represented itself well. A whole bunch of red in the stadium even when it was mainly full.

When Houston got his sack, if you noticed he turned and pointed to all the Chief fans on that side of the stadium acknowledging them and celebrated. We were very active and loud especially compared to Jaguar fans.

We had a great time. Finally got to see the good guys win in person after 2 failed attempts, but my wife and both kids are now undefeated at chiefs games!

BigRedChief, it was good to meet you and your group yesterday, thanks for making this thread so we could enjoy the day with everyone there. I hope we can plan more of these Florida outings in the coming years. Next time we will get there earlier (we had to stop at the Dr. office before we left Orlando).

Lots of red and gold yesterday. And lots of nice humble Jacksonville fans, many conceding the game before we even made it into the stadium. Good brats, good beer, good weather, great result.

Agreed, the Jaguar fans were great. We were walking in as a group. One group of fans booed us. I said something like you have to be a fan of the team you grew up with. After a couple of minutes one of the guys doubled back and came up to shake my hand. Said sorry, your right, respect for staying with your team no matter what. I'm sure there was alcohol involved.

She is a semi-regular with our group, really nice in person. And she is hot in person. Loves Chiefs and sports talk. Drinks beer, was the one grilling the brats. We did two jagger bombs together. But, if you try anything funny, her hubby is pretty good sized dude, he might put the hurt on you.
