I don't think the majority of members here don't want you guys here. I, for one, like the added dynamic. But, put yourself in our shoes for a minute. We've been a losing franchise for too long. We haven't won a playoff game since Bill Clinton was inaugurated. We are grasping at straws for hope here. While most of us recognize Smith's shortcomings at QB, we all secretly hope he's successful.

You're running into 3 camps: Those that like Smith, those that don't feel they need your opinion, and those that fear change and would like to alienate you and your ideas until you ultimately say **** it and leave.

No arguments there. I won't try to blow smoke or shit rainbows about Alex. He is what he is, good bad, or indifferent, and in 7 days, he's a Chef. I wish him the best, and I hope he's successful with them.

truth right there. and i do try to deal with each group appropriately. And, the truth is, each and every 49er fan has been where you guys are right now.

Much better insult than jackwad. Not sure what that means. Pillowbiter is more of CP terminology because of the filters on this board. If you actually type in the f word slur for gay people it shows up as pillowbiter, or at least it used to. There's a lot of words and phrases on this board like that.

27 games when you factor in the playoffs, all under the 2011 nfl coach of the year, with a 20-6-1 record, or the 5 years under guys like, mike nolan, jeff hostler, mike martz, jimmy ray, mike johnson, and mike singletary. None if i am not mistaken that are still in the nfl. You tell me.
