Home and Auto New Neighbor

I was out of town the entire past week on business and when I returned home today I found that my neighbor had moved out. I'm not really upset that she's gone. She was quiet but not hot and she smoked (we shared a front door balcony).

Now I await to see if/when someone new moves in.

Best case scenario: gorgeous, young, single chick

I'd also be fine with a young friendly female (if she's not hot she can still have hot friends) or with a young cool guy to go meet girls at bars/clubs with. To fit that description he'd probably have to have a bike, fake tan and always walk around shirtless.

Worst case scenario: old people or someone with kids

I just checked and the apartment next to mine that she moved out of can be rented for 12 months for $28-43/mo less than what I'm paying. Guess that's how much a lake view bumps up the rent.

There is only one rental house in a square block and its two houses down from me...each time it comes empty we hope the next tennants are better or not as bad as the last ones. Right now there are about 6 people living in a small 2 bedroom duplex and they come and go constantly, have at least 3 kids running around like stray animals and I would bet money that the "dad" is a drug dealer. Other than that they are ok.

Would be nice if I could just buy the place so I could control who lives in it. (nobody would be good)

I actually didn't ask for it either, thats just where they placed me. We usually spend the night with eachother everynight anyways though.
