If You Ever Wanted A Vitamix Today's Your Day

If you ever wanted a Vitamix but couldn't afford it or were waiting for a good price today is your day.

QVC has the one and only bad ass Vitamix on sale for 389.98 on 6 payments of 65.00.

This is the one with the 64 oz. (1/2 gallon) container, variable 2hp speed controls.

If you've never used one of these you will be amazed and what it can do.

Makes the most awesome green smoothies, ice cream, peanut butter, margaritas, etc.

There's a reason why Starbucks and many of the other commercial establishment use this machine.

When you watch the cooking shows you will see that most professional chefs use the Vitamix.

If this means my life style and eating habits will change to maracas and pine cone smoothies. Well I will just save me 500.00 and go to Mickey Ds and get a shake.
I make a killer strawberry smoothie with yogurt and just a touch of Splenda.

It also makes quick work of sorbet.

Until the Vitamix, my green smoothie always had a little chew to it, mostly from the seeds and the spinach. No matter how long I blended, it just wouldn't blend down any further. The Vitamix can totally break down the foods into a super smooth smoothie. It's also the first blender I owned that could effectively destroy blackberry seeds to my satisfaction.

And if you're into blended soups, the friction generated in the Vitamix can cook it while it blends.
That soup would be good for when someone jacks your jaw! Would be better than strained Campbell's.

Here's a better blender that costs $64:

(I will say that consumer reports rated the $450 vitamix 5200 just slightly below this ninja, so it's almost as good.)

Depends what you're doing with it. If you just need to pulverized ice, get a Ninja. The Ninja can't do to smoothies what a Vitamix can. Plain fact. Don't know why, but it's true. Also look at the quality of craftsmanship. Vitamix blows the cheap ass Ninja out of the water in every way.

Blendtec and Vitamix blenders come with a seven year warranty. The ninja has a one year warranty.

Says something about each manufacturer's expected life of the products they sell.

Had the full Kit: Vitamix, 2ND container used for dry mixing, and all the cookbooks.

1st wife got it.

Now, i have a $70 blender and it does 90% of what the vitamix does....even makes great almond butter. I can burn through 3-4 blenders and still save $$$.

The people who spend $400 just for the 1st container are getting screwed. I see the 2 container bundle at COSTCO for $499?? all the time.

It's your money. Spend it wisely.
