Which is the very reason why I wanted Herm to get another year. He and Kuharich ran a brilliant draft in 2008.

Even if they had been fired after the 2009 season, I have no doubt this team would have far more talent than today.

Herm and Billy K were really coming into their own at running a draft. Carl deserves some credit for this. He let them do their thing.

No, Dude. Herm went to Clark and insisted on running the draft with Kuharich. Peterson was completely shut out of the meetings and had no say on the choices.
