I've broken my right hand twice (in incidents unrelated to punching stuff out of frustration).

I broke it a 3rd time playing NCAA football - I forgot I was sitting on the left side of the couch so when I reached out to punch the arm rest on the end, I punched the WOODEN CONSOLE in the middle of the couch.
