Royal for Slaton?

I have a chance to trade Eddie Royal for Slaton.

I have some depth at WR with Fitzgerald, Burress, Roddy White, Derrick Mason and Tony Gonzalez (we have no TE position).

My RBs suck with S. Jackson, Jones-Drew, L. White and S. Young.

Should I do it?

I think I'd do it. With Slaton's receiving ability out of the backfield, it's an intriguing trade.

I actually just traded Royal and Chester Taylor for Slaton and Jerry Porter.

I have R. Moss, Calvin Johnson, DeSean Jackson and Marvin Harrison at WR. My backs are Brian Westbrook, Michael Turner and Ronnie Brown.

I really needed a RB for Westbrook and Turner's bye weeks. Plus, Slayton looks like the real deal.

Yes do it. Slaton should be a very good RB2 remainder of the year. Great pass catching ability. Get him on your squad.
