Eastern Colorado weather is so weird.

Last time I was there, like 2 months ago, I stopped at the Love's just east of Denver. It was like 65. I wake up at 11, shivering. It was 28! The next day, I make my delivery. It's a nice day again. They send me to Cargill in Ft. Morgan. I wake up the next morning to 2" of snow and 19 degrees.

Yeah, it can be crazy sometimes (though most areas of the country tend to believe that their weather is crazier than anyone else's). The big thing out here is that our weather is heavily dependent on cloud cover since we're higher up. If the sun's out, it's hot. If it's not, it's cold. Couple that with actual fronts moving through, and you can see some pretty wild temperature swings from time to time.

People are cancelling events and stuff up here in Omaha in preparation for Stormageddon. I don't want to make light of this, but I'm really shocked at the way people are absolutely freaking out over this coming storm...

I'll second this. Ive never seen Omaha folks freak like this over a storm that may or may not hit. I think this being spotted all over Omaha has added much fuel to the situation
