Yes they are.

Come back when ISU makes a Final Four. One B12 Tourney Championship and winning the first wkd of the NCAA Tourney doesn't make you great.

and next year they're not going to be even close to the team they were this season. KU's probably got the Big12 nailed down for (at least) the next 2 years.

Right now it's Kansas ....and then everyone else. And until someone else from the conference either takes the 10-yr title reign away or makes it to the Final4 it's going to stay that way.
