He wants to do similar things as what he brought to KC. Basically put together a competitive team in year 1, then just keep building through the draft.

If he's making the calls his scouting background is probably telling Josh Allen is their QB and if that's the case then it's Barkley 1.

Not a bad p/u for Cleveland. A receiver to go with Josh Gordon. Then you have Duke Johnson who is pretty damn good as well. Considering they have great talent on Def that really only leaves them to work on the OL, and QB. But I not sold on QB with the Browns. I think it is 50/50 they stay with Kizer.
