Vending machine death is always a possibility. But since potato-face stays in the office all the time sitting in his chair, you KNOW he's got 'roids. Next time he's got an embarrassing itch, all the bad guys have to do is slip Edgar a poisoned suppository.
"Pardon, do you have any toilet paper in your sta...Oh no. Oh no, it burns! IT BURNS! Aiiieeee..." kachunk kachunk kachunk (/sound of 24 clock )

Tonight was the first time I ever watched this show. I really enjoyed it.
I never watched 24 before because I was so put off by the endless commercials Fox ran once every 15 seconds during the 2000 World Series right before the series started. I hate advertising over-saturation - it just offends the hell out of me. I'll never watch that fucking Love Monkey show on CBS for the same reason (is there anybody that couldn't quote that commercial word-for-word at this point?). I can't be the only one who's bothered by this. I now regret that I missed the first four seasons - the advertisers probably regret it, too. Perhaps I'll pick them up on DVD - without commercials or asshat Fox promos. |

And keep hating on Edgar. There'll be an episode where Edgar flies out of nowhere and beheads a terrorist with a rising uppercut, saving Bauer's life. Bauer > your life |

Really solid episode. Seems like the next episode will be like Die Hard 2.
First lady seems like she could be this seasons annoying character. The kid had a good chance of being really annoying as well. |

I'm glad there are so many other fans on the board here to trade conspiracy theories with.
I'll see if I can't write a plot summary for anyone who missed it. This thread could be useful to people who might be new to the show and not understand subplots that are entangled in last season's episodes. I didn't have any help last time around and it bugged the hell out of me sometimes. |

Not to disuade converstation of 24 here, but if you want a really active board for the show, skip FOX's site and check out the boards @ www.televisionwithoutpity.com
They have boards for nearly every mainstream show, and forum upon forum for each show. And if season 5 is your introduction to 24, do yourself a favor and go back and watch the previous 4. |
