Yep. Same product. Don't eat it anymore. I'll pull in for a half price shake every once in a while, but with Culver's, and Freddy's why in the **** do I want this greaseball? |

Back in '93 I did a Costco set as part of my stand up comedy routine...
"so...I moved out on my own for the first time but, ya know, your parents are still trying to take care of you. And My mom's like, "I got you a Costco card." Great! I live alone. What the hell am i gonna buy at Costco that's not gonna be in my place for 2,000 years? But that's okay, because that's how I furnished my apartment. They've got the gallon of mayonnaise, that's an end table. 50 pounds of beef jerky for a coffee table, and a Wonder bread 40-pack sofa. That way, if there's ever a natural disaster I'll just eat my furniture. (rim shot) Have you ever been to Costco? The people shopping there are as big as the shit they sell. They're not buying groceries, they're there for lunch, man. They're gonna eat a friggen 40-pack of ramen right there! (then I went into some Arnold Schwarzenegger impressions and the it went downhill from there) you get the gist. |

You know what's awesome about Costco food court? The price is the same EVERYWHERE. When we were in Kauai, we stopped by the Costco in Lihue. Guess what? Hot dog meal - $1.99! The other in-store items were also priced the same as here in the mainland. Groceries and food everywhere else were quite expensive. We also got the comical bonus of having wild chickens running around everywhere. If you've ever been to Kauai you'll know what I'm talking about.

I enjoy a Steak and Shake burger. Most times, I do my burgers at home similarly in cast iron, smashing a ball of meat into the pan (thanks SR for passing along the NYT Food article on that).
