If I made this a series of polls, what do you guys think about the following stipulations:

1. "All-time" actually just means "since the 1970 merger"
2. They have to have been drafted in the 1st round at the time, so for example Drew Brees wouldn't qualify because there were only 31 teams when he was drafted 32.

Hmm? Good, bad, no, yes?

It would be interesting to me if you took the top 55 picks, regardless of round, and had to create a full roster.

Sounds fun to me.

Per the Buck Buchanan suggestion, will you also include AFL draft picks? It's a gray area since some players were drafted in both leagues, but a guy like Buck gets shafted if we don't include the AFL. I'm not sure what the right answer is.

Yeah, I think I'd want to avoid gray areas... seems like the easiest way to get a unified draft board is to only pull from the unified era. But I know that would screw over Buck and other greats from before 1970. It's a tough decision...
